HRIS is a web-based information system of current R&D Human Resources of National Agriculture and Resources Research and Development Network (NARRDN). It is primarily designed to produce the basic and useful information about human resources in Agriculture Forestry and Natural Resources (AFNR).

It includes:

1. Technical research staff inclusive of administrators in the NARRDN who are directly involved in agriculture, forestry and natural resources R&D understakings/activities and

2. PCARRD scholarship awardees.
